- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rankiox’s marketing and development services (the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
- Services
Rankiox provides marketing and development services to clients. These services may include but are not limited to web development, digital marketing, and SEO optimization.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Cooperate with Rankiox to facilitate service delivery.
- Abide by payment terms as agreed upon in the contract.
- Fees and Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in the contract between Rankiox and the client. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
- Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created by Rankiox during the course of providing services will be owned by the client upon full payment. Rankiox retains the right to use anonymized and aggregated data for research and statistical purposes.
- Confidentiality
Rankiox and the client agree to keep confidential all non-public information obtained during the provision of services.
- Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of services provided up to that point.
- Limitation of Liability
Rankiox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services.
- Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold Rankiox harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the client’s use of the Services.
- Changes to Terms
Rankiox reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on the Rankiox website, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
